David Baylot is a partner/broker for Longleaf Realty Partners. He has over 30 years of Real Estate experience with a background in Healthcare, Commercial, Multifamily and Single Family properties. For the last 20 years, David has concentrated solely on Healthcare Real Estate. His responsibilities include acquisition, disposition, leasing and brokerage, investment analysis, due diligence review and financing and closing coordination. On new developments he has handled all asset management. David has been involved in the ownership of $500 million of medical related Real Estate and has brokered and developed over $800 million in properties over the last thirty years.

David holds an MBA from Mississippi State University and serves on the MBA Advisory Board for MSU. He maintains a real estate license in Texas and in Alabama. In his spare time, he enjoys going to the beach with friends, playing golf and spending time with his sons Carter and Colin, their wives and four grandchildren.
